At Badlands Gear, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in sellable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
